Yup. That’s the singled out I you see in the word time! That’s because when we talk about or think about time, its always put in the “I dont have enough of it” category! Why is that? Theres a million and one things you can blame it on. But when it comes right down to it, its because YOU have made your life that way. We’re all guilty of it. We’ve all been there and dont that. Is it because our messed up crazy signal sending
society makes us that way? If we take some time for ourselves does that make us a bad people? Yes, if you dont take time for yourself, you will be a bad person in many ways. First of all, take time for yourself everyday! Take a 10 or 15 minute time out. Go for a walk, a run, go to the gym and make a point to do something just for you! It will make a huge difference in your life! Second, make some time for those you love. Those who are important and mean something to you. We’re not always gonna be here! And no one knows when their times up. I was just talking to my mother about that today. We were talking about my sibling who will not leave her home for anything! She is one of those who has a million reasons why she can’t take any T (I) ME to do something for herself or her own mother. I think we should live life to the fullest everyday and remember everyday that today could be your last day. Or the last day of someone you love. This trip is what you make, so why not make it AMAZING!Sharon

FEAR
What is that you think limits you the most in your life? Keeps you from living the life of your dreams? Keeps you from having everything you want? Money? Motivation? Drive? Your significant other? Your kids? Your current situation? No, its not any of those. Its Fear! Fear limits you. Everything else is just an excuse. And why limit yourself? This is a one way ticket! Dont waste it! Dont let fear stop you or prohibit you from the life of your dreams. If theres something you want bad enough then take a step, even a small step right now, today, toward your goal. Whatever that may be. And continue day after day to take those small steps untill you start to see what you want come to fruition. So ask yourself right now, What is it i want to achieve in this life? Write it down on a piece of paper, and then write 4 or 5 steps your gonna take to make it happen. They have to be realistic steps because that’s what gives you the sense of accomplishment. And once you get a taste of accomplishment you just want more and more! Theres a saying. success is when preparation meets opportunity! So get prepared! Dont let your opportunity pass you by because you werent prepared. Excuses will get you no where and nothing. Is that what you want your life to be? NOTHING! I know i dont. And excuses my friend come from fear. Get rid of it. Who cares what others say or think. You cannot live for someone else or by someone elses rules. This is your life! Live it to the fullest. Enjoy it, love it, and embrace it. Make this your best life ever! Stress, Illness, and working out
STRESS, ILLNESS AND WORKING OUT
Have you ever had a time in your life when you were completely stressed out?
What! Stupid question you say? Who hasn’t had some stress in their life, especially these days!
Okay, okay, I hear ya! Stress is more prevalent than ever these days. So what do you do about it?
Eat? Drink? Smoke? All of the above? What about working out? If you already have a regular workout
Schedule, do you skip it because your too stressed out? DON’T! Maintain your workout schedule! That’s the least you can do. And if you can, increase your workout time even just a little. Think about adding yoga or meditation to your regimen. Everything that happens in the body starts with the mind! Yes, everything! If you are experiencing any kind of illness, it all started with your thoughts! Yes, your thought is what is causing your illness. Its not conscious thought, its your sub-conscious thought.
So always be mindful! If there’s something going on in or with your body right now, then you need to change your thoughts! IMMEDIATELY! As hard as it may seem at first, do something positive. Think something positive. Think about something you love. Put on music that makes you feel good. READ A BOOK! (A lost art these days). Dance! Do something, anything that make s you feel good. But that is also good for you! Do this on a regular basis and your illness will disappear! Don’t give up, don’t waiver, stay the course and you will see miracles in your health and in your life!
And Btw, if you don’t have a workout regimen, GET ONE!!!!!
